At twenty, you’ll find a carefully curated mix of food, drink, floristry, retail and events, all brought together under one roof.

Our in-house flower counter offers made-to-order bouquets created by the team, alongside a flower fridge stocked with ready-made arrangements to pick up throughout the day. We’re also home to Liverpool’s only wine window, serving natural wine directly onto Penny Lane, alongside indoor and outdoor seating designed for everything from morning coffee to evening drinks.

Inside, you’ll find the twenty department store, a retail space filled with thoughtfully selected independent brands, including homeware, gifts, clothing, lifestyle products and seasonal finds. Alongside our drinks offering, we also serve brunch, small plates and a lunchtime deli menu, with the space evolving from day through to night.

You’ll find twenty at 20 Smithdown Place, Liverpool, L15 9EW, at the top of Penny Lane in the landmark former bank building on the corner junction.

The building is one of the most recognisable spots on Penny Lane, famously referenced in The Beatles lyric, “on the corner is a banker with a motorcar.” Restored and reimagined as twenty, the space now brings together food, wine, flowers, retail and events within a building that has long been part of Liverpool life.

Our food and drink offering has been created by Laura of Laura’s Deli, bringing together a seasonal, produce-led approach that evolves throughout the day.

From slow brunches and quality coffee in the morning, to lunchtime deli salads and evening small plates designed for sharing, the menu is centred around thoughtful ingredients, generous flavours and relaxed dining. Expect seasonal dishes, fresh produce and a menu that changes regularly alongside what’s in season.

Our drinks offering focuses on carefully selected coffee, natural and organic low-intervention wines, alongside spritzes and rotating by-the-glass pours. We’re also home to Liverpool’s first Florentine-inspired wine window, serving wine directly onto the street for those stopping by, gathering outside or enjoying the neighbourhood atmosphere.

Our floristry offering is led by Mary Mary, an independent florist studio known for its sculptural, seasonal approach to flowers and installation design.

Inside twenty, you’ll find our bespoke flower fridge stocked with ready-made bouquets created fresh by the floristry team each day. You can also visit our flower counter to build your own made-to-order bouquet with guidance from our florists, choosing from a rotating selection of seasonal stems and arrangements.

Flowers will run throughout the entire space at twenty, changing with the seasons and bringing colour, texture and atmosphere into everyday moments. Alongside our daily offering, we’ll also host a monthly flower market and a calendar of flower workshops throughout the year.
